We are looking for a passionate and talented Java Technical Lead to join our Engineering Integration Team.
This Job-Ad is also open to persons belonging to protected categories – pursuant to Law 68/1999.
What you will do:Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will:
Help your team to make our high-volume, low-latency backend systems even better in powering the whole product;
Collaborate with Scrum team engineers, solution architect and product owner to develop and ship features;
Design, build, and maintain our RESTful API's;
Write efficient, modular, and reusable libraries and abstractions;
Find and solve performance issues;
Participate in code reviews;
Communicate best practices to the team.

REQUIREMENTS
Technical profile
5-10 years’ experience as a Java Developer (J2EE, multithread services, web application)
Knowledge of the commonly used algorithms, design patterns (Java Dependency Injection) and data structures
Excellent knowledge of RESTful APIs development, JAX-RS and Jersey experience is a plus
Good knowledge of Tomcat, Servlets, OODBMS and RDBMS
Experience with software versioning tools (Git)
Experience with issues tracking software and collaboration wiki tool (Jira, Confluence)
Experience with agile methodologies (we use Scrum)
