Obtain agreement on the scope of the requirements stream and provide cost, resource, and time estimates where required
Analyse business needs and requirements based on consultation with key stakeholders and identify most suitable business process and/or training solution.
Partner with relevant project stakeholders to ensure traceability between business requirements and solution delivery.
In conjunction with the Senior Systems Engineers, participate in workshops with business and technical teams to understand solutions to requirements.

A minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a Systems Admin/Engineering role

Hands-on experience with Agile Tools (Jira, Confluence, GitLab/Bitbucket, Bamboo)

The Managed Services and Security Group builds, operates and lifecycles Cloud, Connectivity, Security and Managed Services products. The successful candidate is expected to contribute in delivering key building blocks for the group. As a Systems Engineer, you will join the Managed Services and Security Group. Working in an agile method you will flow to work into missions that deliver these enterprise solutions, designing, configuring, automating, operating and lifecycling under a DevOps culture. We will rely on you to take us further on our journey of digitisation and automation, all the while being customer focused to realise Telstra’s T25 strategy objectives.
